Sarah has a Bachelors in Business Management from Texas State, and a Masters in Healthcare Administration from Colorado State. She has held leadership roles from Director of Human Resources to Kitchen Manager. A family history, love of farming, and a need to secure our food system brought Sarah back to her roots.

As a kid, Jaron would tinker and re-engineer everything. Now, he innovates Ag systems, from air to ground, to help farmers get more sleep and spend more time with their families. He is experienced in aerial imagery analysis, GIS, farm operations, crop management, and soil health improvement.
